Re: NVDA speak IP address?

Hi,

No, there is no such command, although one can move to the address bar in a number of ways.
Cheers,

Does NVDA have a dedicated keystroke for reading the address bar, like JFW, or does one have to do alt + D and read the line?

It seems like that if there were a dedicated keystroke for reading the address bar, it could include using digit readout for this task alone.

Hi,

Not exactly at this time, although in the future, this might become possible (research is still ongoing regarding this effort).
Cheers,

The following question, in relation to the original, is just a "for my curiosity" one:

Is there a way that NVDA can be made to recognize, via the use of a regular expression, when it has encountered something in "IP address format" or "MAC Address Format" and to set symbol level to all only for reading that recognized thing, then switch back to whatever you had it set to and move merrily along?
