Hi Anthony,
As Rosemarie said, press NVDA+Q then down arrow to "Restart with add-ons disabled" and press ENTER.
To disable or enable add-ons individually, press NVDA+n, then T for tools, then A for add-ons. On this screen you can down arrow through the add-ons and press alt+e to enable an add-on which has previously been disabled, or alt+d to disable n add-on which is currently enabled.
Once done, press alt+c to close.
