I did send them a message asking for the old software to still have access as I feel this removal of support is not based on a fundamental change in their protocol, it is based on dogma and they need to try to get folk to pay for accounts, hence the extra abilities of backing up other folders.

I'm using Backup and Sync with NVDA and Windows 10 Professional 64 bit, without any problem. I only need to sign in the first time after a major update, after which it signs me in automatically each time I restart. The sign in process is flawless as well. I don't know what to say, perhaps trying multiple browsers might solve the problem?
