I had a wonderful one the other day though. A GDPR data storage request by a healthcare organisation with two serious oversights
1. The privacy and terms and conditions were not written yet, and
2. Click on the picture which has a shopfront to prove you are not a robot!
I think in this case though you are right there should not be any need for the signature, unless those at the company are thick as planks.

You will need sighted help for this either borrowing a pair of eyes or have soneone remote in via team viewer and do it that way.
