A recurring error with the latest master snapshot

I will paste my log below, but the issue here is that every time NVDA is
started it gives an error and an "ok" dialog comes up with a corresponding
sound. Not sure what the error means. It's strange that it shows me using
Windows 6.1--I'm using 7. Didn't know there was even such a thing as Windows
