If you’re in another country, couldn’t you just download it from nvaccess.org?

Yes, it might take time for the new update to go to other countries. You'll get it eventually.

I'm in Mexico, and using Windows7 Service Pack1; no update as of yet. Might it take time to get updates to other countries?
