I have win7 64 bit pro on this toshiba and it worked but a 32 bit win7 on another system didn't work so I had to update it from the download page.

Thank you for opening the topic.
When I try to update it from the help menu, it reports that the update is not available.
I use Windows 7, 64bit, ultimate with SP1. May I update it from the download page?
I won't do that until I've got a message that the coast is clear as to the update issue.

I'm in Mexico, and using Windows7 Service Pack1; no update as of yet. Might it take time to get updates to other countries?
