Re: OE classic help

Ervin, Glenn

Are you telling me that MS removes OE in Windows 10?
I had a friend on the phone, he mailed his laptop to me, and I installed OE on it for him, and he was using it for maybe five months, when OE disappeared.
I worked with him on the phone and I thought that he had renamed the icon on the desktop, or accidentally deleted it, but I could not find it anywhere with him, I thought it was very strange.
But if MS is automatically removing it, that makes sense.

Yes I would.
I use Outlook express with the patch for the later IE code, but it will not stay installed in windows 10 through a major update since Microsoft in their infinite wisdom do not like you still using it even though Microsofts email in 10 is a cut down lame heap of rubbish.
All said in the best possible taste as Kenny Everett might have said.

earlier reports indicated that something is being done on the
of this app, but I downloaded it last week myself, and it still atrocious.
it would almost be worth paying something to get this app fixed. I know so
many people who could use it.
