Hi Jason,

Upon trying your suggestion, when I moved the start time around, it said I was free, but no information for the other attendees.

Thanks,

Mike

I generally just use the scheduling assistant, enter the names of the people invited to the meeting, and it shows whether they’re available or have conflicts. I then move the starting time of the meeting around until it works.

Hi,

Is there a best practice for being able to view four or five Outlook calendars at once, when I need to schedule a meeting? I have not found anything in NVDA’s user guide. Sometimes, when I view someone else’s calendar in Outlook, there is a major lag. Also, I am not familiar with how to best use the scheduling assistant, or if it is accessible.

Thank you,

Mike
