How do you tell when someone is out of the office? I sent my meeting notice, to get an OOO autoreply from the essential person who needs to attend. Thanks, Mike

Create a new appointment in the calendar, (ex. control-n from the calendar view) 2. Use "alt-h i" key sequence to add invitees 3. enter the invitees in the to field 4. Use f6 once to move to the meeting scheduling pane. 5. Use tab 3 times to get to the ""suggested times" list 6. Then arrow up/down through the suggested times until I find the one I like best (optional_ 6B. Tab one more time to get to the calendar/date picker and left or right arrow to try a different day, then shift-tab back to step 6. 7. shift-f6 to move focus back to the meeting pane and fill in location subject, etc... Hope that helps. It is more manual than the scheduling assistant but feels more accessible to me. Mike On 7/30/18, Walker, Michael E <michael.e.walker3@...> wrote: Hi Jason,
