Are you using any popup blockers or ad blockers or
noscript or anything that may be causing this problem? If the site is
coded so unconventionally, as Brian says, who knows what is causing the
problem.

I'm beginning to wonder if there is a problem with your system, I don't know what it might be. Did you do the test of turning off browse mode and clicking links? We need to determine if this is a UIA problem or something else.

What browser are you using? I had no problem clicking on links, including that one and the FAQ link.
