Re: problem with the blind mice mart site and nvda

I didn't say you didn't relate your
experience. That is true only as your experience. You don't know
what other people will report or experience. You don't know if there is
some odd problem with your computer that causes this interaction. I'm
discussing how to get the truth, not just what you experience, but the general
truth about whether this is a general problem or almost exclusively your
problem. We have very little information yet. I'm telling you how
you research and trouble shoot a problem like this.
I'm interested in the truth, not
just your experience. Why do you think programs are beta tested by a large
number of users? Because some people have problems and others don't and it
isn't always known why. You can't assume that your experience in a problem
like this is the general one, and that's the truth. Again, I didn't
say once that you don't have problems with the site. But drawing any
general conclusions with almost no information about others' experiences is
completely unjustified and improper procedure.
It would also be useful if those
reporting a problem tell us what version of Windows they are using. We are
looking for patterns and if there are certain factors that are associated with
the problem.

Subject: Re: [nvda] problem with the blind mice mart site and
nvda I told the truth and I will alwaysspeak the truth even if
you don't want to hear it. The fact is that it does not work and never has
worked with either fire fox or ie or webie and any version of nvda. It's
time more people said what I said on the other list we should not have to put up
with inacessable web sites. If you are happy with the way sites are thats your
choice but some of us are not and we have every right to bash any company who
does not fix the problem and make their site accessable for every one.
