As I understand it, the main IOS reddit app isn't all that great, so most people normally recommend using one called bacon reader instead. This is the one I use to access it, if I don't want to access it from my computer and it works pretty well, I think.

From what I've seen so far, the browser version with NVDA works pretty
well, just have to move quite a bit through the pages, as there can
sometimes be a great deal on each page. There is also a pretty neat IOS
APP too, if you're interested.
