There's a way to remove those punctuation pauses, or shorten them. You have to edit a .ini file to do so. I'll have to try and find it and refresh my memory. Unfortunately you have to do it repeatedly as Windows updates keep putting it back to its former state.

But you'll need a lot of expertise on the C programming language, vocal properties and phonetics, and digital audio processing. To be honest, I can't stand OneCore because of its extreme lagginess, both before speaking and its punctuation pauses.
