this one i am speaking about, deals with a bit locker at the log on screen before the sign in screen

Well since nobody seems to have actually replied. What exactly is a bitlocker in the context of what you mean here. IE more details please then somebody might reply. I know of bitlocker codes, but have no knowledge of any ways to use them myself.
