I have an HP notebook with windows 10 1803 and the built in keyboard with a numpad.  It works just fine for me and I have been using it for a few weeks now.

I would suggest HP.

I have been using the same HP Envy convertable for 3 years now. 

either HP or Dell. 

I personally prefer HP.
