That looks useful for error handling, but it doesn’t help with the specifics of dynamically changing langaues or titles.

The <title> tag or the <html> tag cannot have aria-live regions set on them.

Hello,

I am a software developer working on developing an accessible application. It uses Angular, which dynamically refreshes the language (based on a user’s action) as well as the document title without refreshing the page. NVDA is unable to detect the change in the <title> tag or the <html> tag.

Will NVDA only detect those changes if there is a page refresh?

any ideas on how to make this work?
