I did not spend any time looking at the site, but most newer web development environments create a single page experience, where instead of refreshing the entire page when a link is clicked, only a little bit of the page is updated. The Frontside podcast had some discussions a month or two back on how to improve accessibility in these sites. Also, at least two accessibility companies have started developing react accessibility widgets that have components that have been tested with both mobile and desktop screen readers.
