did you try to use the
com fixing tool in NVDA menu / Extras? To me it seems that
some com dlls cannot be registered.

Steps to reproduice:
- restart NVDA,
- "NVDA+F1" to open NVDA log,
- "Escape" to close NVDA log.
The error occurs.
