That's actually quite easy, well kind of but you need to fight with the twitch website to get your key. I save all o mine in a file for future reference as those never ever change and I hide said file by the way.

By the way I contacted the twitch team in regad to accessibility and others have as well, but they don't know what I'm talking about or don't care which is sad.

I mixed up the recording key with the broadcasting key. To broadcast, rather than record locally, you press, windows, alt, B, as in boy. I never could get OVS studio to stream to Twitch. I do like how Twitch still has IRC support for their chats though.
