The answer to the first question is https://www.nvaccess.org/download/

The answer to the second is "yes".

The answer to the third is "no", although there are add-ons which you might
want to download and install later.

Subject: [win10] NVDA?

Where would I get the latest download for NVDA? And is everything in 1
file, or do I have to download scripts or something? Thanks.
