Hi Ann,

NVDA works with the newer style spell check pane in Word 2013 and later.  In Word 365, it works better again, but in Word 2013 and 2016 there are just a couple of things which aren't read automatically - When it moves to a new error, it doesn't report the context in 2013 or 2016.  If you can't work out the context from the error, press escape to move back to the document (at the error) and read the text around it, then press F7 to get back to spell check.  When you TAB to the suggested words, it does supply definitions but doesn't read them automatically.  In Word 365 it does read both the context of the error, and when you move to alternate words it reads the definition after each word.
