I second that. NVDA 2019.1 without fast browse mode would just be
incomplete, especially given the fact it can be turned off at any
time. To me this means there's less risk in its inclusion than in its
omission.

I hope fast browse mode becomes a part of NVDA soon. NVDA 2018.4.1 jumps around a lot on websites and sometimes it is nearly impossible to read even a simple web article.
