Well mine had it and I thought it was a great idea.
I am sure though that if you are the main admin you can still merge the required registry entries to load the drivers on safe mode.
What is the point of having fixed Narrator if it did not allow access to the partially booted modes when installing the operating system?

I was under the impression that Windows 10 came already with sound drivers
loaded in one of the selections of safe mode.
just like you can have net support my old, now dead machine had an option
to run with sound as well. Has this now been discontinued then?
