To stop NVDA reporting spelling errors can be adjusted on NVDA's document
formatting settings screen:

1) Press NVDA+control+d to open the settings to document formatting.
2) Press alt+r to toggle "Spelling errors".
3) Press ENTER to close the settings screen.

If you have NVDA set to save settings on exit, (the default setting) you
shouldn't need to do anything. If you have unchecked that option, press
NVDA+control+c to save your configuration so that spelling errors will not
be reported next time you use NVDA.

Kind regards

Quentin.

Friends,
Another small issue, whenever I type a word not there in the
dictionary, nvda says Spelling Error before reading the word. Can I
stop nvda from saying Spelling Error and just read the word?

Thanks.
