This needs to be a little more clear. If you are speaking of a table in Word you go to the last cell and hit tab and it will create a new row. In Excel your last row is based on where you decide to stop. Since you have over a million rows this is up to you.

for me, this sounds like an Excel and not a screen reader issue.

 

How do you want to add the row at the end oft the document? What keys do you press/what do you do?
