which updates automaticly?

Everyone above and including 2013 and higher, in any office app, the
sequence is alt f d r then the first option is check for updates.

then alt tab back, exit office app, wait to have that update loaded and
when the window closes the system will be updated then restart and its
fine.

For office 2016 and higher you will be politely be told when the updates
are loaded.
