I don't use the software. But I've ben hearing complaints up to I believe it was last year 2018 by someone who is deaf blind. Dragin hangs on their windows using nvda, and hangs on their mac using voiceover, but it does not hang when using any screen readers and only their braille display, if I understand them correctly.

I've heard of similar issues with this software and nvda over the last
few years from people who have tested this. I have not however heard of
