We have many times been down this route. The short answer is no, since the dependencies used by NVDA are PC specific and indeed windows specific. If you really wanted to do it it would in effect be a completely new screenreader that emulated the windows system but then of course mobile operating systems are nothing like windows and the concepts are totally different anyway. I think this in itself is why we have not seen massive adoption of touch screen windows systems except in niche environments.
