We have many times been down this route. The short answer is no, since the dependencies used by NVDA are PC specific and indeed windows specific. If you really wanted to do it it would in effect be a completely new screenreader that emulated the windows system but then of course mobile operating systems are nothing like windows and the concepts are totally different anyway. I think this in itself is why we have not seen massive adoption of touch screen windows systems except in niche environments.toggle quoted messageShow quoted text

Subject: [nvda] NVDA for Android and IOS
Are there any plans in the pipeline for developing an NVDA app for Android and IOS? Is it possible?
Right now, Talkback and Voiceover do support external keyboard, but it would be so much more convenient if there could be an NVDA application for mobile phones with similar commands as that of a PC. What do you guys think?
