Open the nvda preferences submenu with nvda+n, then the letter p.
Arrow down to "Weather Plus Settings" and press enter or right
arrow to open that submenu.
Arrow down to documentation and press enter.
The file you'll want is in the folder that you'll be in at that
point. It's an html file.

OK, got it. and at the bottom of the help file it says to read
Weather Plus First Settings.html. No idea where to find that
one, but I'll look around.

"help" or something like that for each add-on installed. Try
