Yes. But there are ways, and there are ways.  And as long as you run it on your own computer and put  yourself at risk and not others, then it will still work just as long as you know what you're doing.  Cheers!

Copy the below code:

[autorun]
;Open=NVDA.exe
ShellExecute=NVDA.exe
UseAutoPlay=1


Save the autorun.inf file onto the root of your USB drive.
