Hi Brian,

Appreciate your reply.
Yes I have tried object and screen navigation.
It is definitely poorly written.

Thanks,
Jim.

Well if you have the program name and can point a developer or add on writer at it then you may get some replies. I've never used it but from your description it sounds like its not a proper windows bit of software and that nvda therefore finds it hard to figure out what is on the screen.
Have you explored it with object and screen navigation to see if any of the key buttons, menus or edit fields can be seen by nvda that way?
Brian

Hi all,

Does anyone use a Dymo label printer? The only way I can find to enter
text in a label is to use the mouse to click in the label. I guess I’m
lucky enough to have enough sight to be able to use a mouse, However, I
want an answer for those who do not have enough sight to use the mouse.

Although I always sincerely appreciate everyone’s suggestions, I really
want to hear from anyone who actually uses the program and has solved the
problem.

Have a great weekend.

Many thanks,
Jim
