Press ctrl+Shift+P to open the command palate. This prrogram has a web interface so just press E to jump to the edit area, then press spacebar to enter it then write code. Press esc to exit it and down arrow to find the output area.

After that you can press Alt+F1 to open the settings panel, then search for accessibility at the search box, and find and press spacebar to turn on this feature. I'm busy now, and I just did it for once so may be I didn't remember the correct steps to setup. Tell me and the list if you have problem with setting up VS code.
