If it makes you feel any better, and I am sure it does not, I have the same exact problem.
The only difference is that it was on my office computer, and our information technology specialist did the installation.
I think it must have something to do with the trial period.
I am going to uninstall and eat race all vestiges of code factory.
Then, I am going to install all over again.
I will let you know if that works.

When I enter the LicenseKey NVDA seems to be ignoring it and will not active the Eloquence program and voices. It did work during the trial period which has now expired.
