If they had, they wouldn't have made so many people annoyed or angry.  Windows 8 was a poorly designed version of Windows that few people liked.

I didn't think there ever was a released version of Windows eight - Microsoft
went directly from Windows 7 to Windows 10 - or am I missing something here?
