That isn't appropriate.  the document is for helping with the transition from JAWS to NVDA.  It would be just as inappropriate to reproduce the NVDA add-ons page in the document.  the document briefly discusses aspects of the change and provides useful resources.  This is a resource.  All the reader has to do is follow the link and download the document. 
 
Other resources may be added over time but reproducing the content would be impractical.
