Hi,
WIN 7, NVDA 19.1.1, ZH HK locale

When reading some national flag emoji in Chinese, the sequence is inverted.
e.g. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
NVDA read "旗英格蘭" (i.e. flag England), where in Chinese language the sequence should be "英格蘭旗" (i.e. England flag)

Could other Chinese users confirmed my issues and suggestions.
And can this issue be addressed.
