I haven't, and my email addresses are spread across several NVDA related lists, github pages, and such. Which makes me think either he hasn't harvested from hear in several months, or he isn't getting them from NVDA lists.

But I am only one case, maybe he just doesn't think I'm a good prospect.:) In any case, if he is using professional email software of any kind, there will be some unsubscribe links in the message somewhere, usually top or bottom. Try looking for those.
