Actually there are 5 different menues in Skype Electron.
All the menues access with alt key.
Alt+e for edit menue.
Alt+f for file menue.
Alt+h for help menue.
Alt+t for tool menue.
And alt+v for view menue respectively.
For details, go to those menues and discover how much those menues are accessible.
I’m very sorry to let you know that most of us do not like to spend sometimes to explore new things and want to stick with old technology.
At the end all I can is “No gain without pain”!

The Skype support page lags these hotkeys for Skype 8:
ALT plus F.
for a menu contains some features or options
ALT plus E
For the edit menu.
ALT plus T
for the tools menu.
ALT plus H
For the help menu.
