Firefox has a very good search bookmarks feature. Issue the command
control I to toggle it on and off. Type part of what you are looking
for. It doesn’t have to be the start of it. For example, I search
for The New York Times with rk ti. Look at what I wrote caracgter by
character. The period ends the sentence and is not part of the search
string. Note the space in the string.
You can open bookmarks with alt b.
