There is no such thing as the “installer” to turn on. Installer is simply a generic term to describe the various install programs for whichever application you are trying to install. For example NVDA has an install program to install it on your computer. Generally these programs can be identified by the existence of the words install or perhaps setup included in their filename or if they have the filetype msi at the end of the file name. Windows will identify these msi files as install file.i
