1. What version of NVDA are you using to access Thunderbird?

2. What version of Thunderbird are you using?

3. When you mention the tree view are you referring to the list of
folders, such as inbox, drafts, etc.

Have you tried the following?

1. Close Thunderbird.

2. Quit NVDA.

3. Restart NVDA.

4. Restart Thunderbird.
