I just realized that it won’t show up as a choice in the main dialog.
The clue is that one of the choices in NVDA is SAPI 5. Choose that
option. Then go into voices, control NVDA key v and up and down arrow
through the availble voices. The Eloquence voices will be there, but they
won’t say Eloquence. You will see voices that are in Eloquence such as
Reed, the voice I suspect the majority of Eloquence users use.

Hi Use NVDA+Control+s to open the synthesizer dialog, see if it is listed, select it and Ok the dialog. Then use NVDA+Control+v to adjust the voice settings.
