nvda is losing control of its keys again

Hello to all, NVDA just twice in the last 5 minutes lost control of its keys. I was in discord and suddenly my keys just won't working right. I would hit shift space and I would hear "single letter nav on" etc. I'm running 19.2 stable and latest. Here is the old log file I got before I restarted nvda.
