If you are using the add-on (because you are using Windows 7 or 8) then you use object navigation, if you are using the inbuilt OCR (as covered in the user guide) then once you have recognised the text, you can use your regular navigation and reading keys. Here is the link to the User Guide: https://www.nvaccess.org/files/nvda/documentation/userGuide.html#ContentRecognition Basically, navigate to the object in question - a graphic on a webpage, or open a PDF which is inaccessible, etc. Next press NVDA+R (the NVDA key is either INSERT or CAPS LOCK depending on your settings) then use your regular reading and navigation keys to read the result (eg arrows or NVDA+down arrow / NVDA+A to read all). When done, press ESCAPE.
