Hi Brian,

 

These use Rufus.  When you run them it allows you to create either a dvd or write to usb. I use a usb version where I have added a lot of additional tools to repair computers.

Just curious, but why are these EXE files?

I really was expecting ISO files, which the originals were for all the ones I'd ever seen or dealt with previously.
