Hi,

Although this suggestion may resolve use cases like lists in Word, I think it may not be possible. Not that it is technically impossible, but on the grounds that it does not fit how line navigation works, both for NVDA and in Word. In case of Word, unless browse mode is active, NVDA will ask Word to show where the cursor is. That is, it isn’t really NVDA moving the cursor – rather, it is Word itself that is in charge when it comes to cursor movement.
