Or make a portable copy on the c drive or any other drive and then simply copy or cut and paste it wherever you want. That's one of the main points of portable versions of programs. You can place them anywhere and it doesn't matter what drive they were created on.
You still may not have room on the f drive to place the portable copy after it is created but you will have the portable copy made and ready to place anywhere.
