NVDA on a Lenovo Miix 630 - no modifier key at all

Hi Isak The links below indicate that there were some concerns about 3rd party software running on ARM devices back in 2017 but I think many have been resolved since. The fact that the Bluetooth keyboard worked OK points to the issue being with the keyboard on the device itself and as another list member said, I think you need to take up the issue with Lenovo, as the device is inaccessible to you. There maybe BIOS settings that can be configured so Lenovo Customer services would be a first port of call.
