So your windows language is set to Spanish. What is your NVDA language set to?

(NVDA+ctrl+G, first element).

With my Windows language set to English, and my NVDA language set to Spanish

(ES), Clipspeak works fine.

Have you checked to be sure the Clipspeak add-on is enabled? If it is enabled,

maybe remove it and download and install it again?

This is all in NVDA+n, T, A, enter (English keys).
